Tasked with revitalizing the brand image of a well-established high-rise, we partnered with The Moderne to produce a lifestyle video that reintroduced the property with fresh energy and relevance. Located in the heart of Milwaukee’s entertainment district, the building needed a visual identity that reflected the surrounding momentum — from sports and nightlife to dining and culture. We crafted a fast-paced, energy-driven film that captures the full experience of living at The Moderne, from quiet sunrise moments to the electric atmosphere of twilight. Our approach blended dynamic talent direction, polished visuals, and a strong sense of place to tell a story of urban sophistication and connectivity. To maximize content value, we also produced four reels tailored for social media, each highlighting a different facet of the lifestyle and neighborhood — positioning The Moderne not just as a residence, but as the center of Milwaukee living.
